Refund Policy

We want you to know what you're paying for before you pay. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Names from the Mingzi Naming Agent

Your three names are created for you after payment and usually delivered within a few minutes.

• Not delivered: if a technical problem stops your names from being delivered and we can't fix it, we refund you in full. You don't need to ask: we're alerted to failed orders and act on them.
• Delivered, but not right for you: contact us within 7 days and tell us what didn't fit. We'll make you one new set of three names at no cost.
• Delivered: because the names are created for you and delivered at once, we don't usually refund a completed delivery. If you think something went wrong with your result, contact us and we'll look at it.

Names from the Mingzi Naming Expert

A naming expert chooses three names for you by hand and delivers them to your account within 7 business days of payment.

• Late: if we haven't delivered within 7 business days of payment, you can ask for a full refund.
• One revision: within 7 days of delivery, tell us what to change and your expert delivers revised names within 7 business days.
• Delivered: because the names are chosen by hand for you, we don't usually refund a completed delivery and revision. If you think something went wrong, contact us and we'll look at it.

How to ask for a refund or a new set

Email support@mingzi.io or open a support request with your order number and what you'd like. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your payment provider.
